Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Development Supervisor located in Makati. The Training Development Supervisor will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing training materials, and conducting training sessions. They will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. The supervisor will collaborate with various departments to ensure training needs are met and report on the progress of training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development
• Strong Analytical & Leadership Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in conducting and managing training programs
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Makati, able to also lead a unit of associates in a sales & marketing setting
