Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Metro Manila for a UGC Content Creator & Community Manager. You’ll be creating short form content and helping shape how the brand shows up online. You’ll also play a key role in building and engaging our early community - responding to comments and messages, helping us understand what resonates, and supporting our content strategy as we grow.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in creating and managing shortform, on-camera content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Comfortable being the face of the content (you won’t be publicly tagged - it's for the brand's use)
• Speaks fluent, natural English & Tagalog - neutral accent preferred.
• Clear on-camera presence with good video and audio quality (nothing over-edited, just clean and real)
• Knows how to engage an audience and build connection through relatable, grounded content
• Basic understanding of digital content strategy and what performs well on social media
• Open to working closely with the team (collaboration is key); being in Metro Manila is a plus
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or content creation is a bonus - but not required
• Degree not required. Taste, tone, and intuition matter more.
