Responsible for receiving, storing and issuing goods and packaging materials at the warehouse.

• Receive finished goods and packaging materials from Receiving Section/Suppliers; transfer and store these in designated areas; arrange items properly and documents their location; and issues these based on approved withdrawal slips and delivery receipt.
• Monitor and control the inflow and outflow of finished goods, packaging materials and product samples.
• Maintain stock cards to record receipts, issuances and balances of materials stored in the warehouse; participates in monthly inventory to reconcile physical count with stock card balances; prepares stock status reports as required.
• Check stock balances to identify items which have reached re-order points; informs the Admin. Officer to initiate purchase requisitions to replenish stocks.
• Inspects daily all stocks in the warehouse for proper storage to avoid inventory losses and obsolescence.
• Perform duties of Warehouse personnel in the latter’s absence.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in his area of responsibility and ensures the observance of all fire and safety rules and regulations.

• High School Graduate
• With at least 1- 2 years relevant work experience
• Can understand, read and write Filipino and English language sufficient enough to communicate at basic level
• Organizational skills
• Good Health & Safety awareness
• Physically fit and can lift heavy objects
• Flexible and willing to be trained
