Descrição:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
  • Ensure efficient inventory control and stock management.
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Train and mentor team members for optimal performance.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping processes.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels and team productivity.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
  • Skills and Competencies: Flexibility, strong organizational skills, effective staff coaching, personnel management, and team leadership.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with potential for long hours standing and physical labor.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
