Are you passionate about the world of live streaming and social media? Do you have a knack for spotting talent and helping them grow?

PureSound Society is looking for a dynamic and driven Freelance Creator Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company in the entertainment industry, where you will play a crucial role in recruiting and managing live streamers and content creators.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard talented live streamers and content creators.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Training and Development: Provide training and resources to help creators enhance their skills and grow their audience.
• Content Review: Regularly review creators’ content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the agency’s guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the agency’s and creator's social media presence and ensure consistent, engaging communication with the audience.
• Community Building: Foster a positive and supportive community among creators.

Note: This is position is fully remote, freelance and paid bi-weekly.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
