1. Team Development: Seek product managers with exchange experience to assist team members in their development, enhancing overall work efficiency and outcomes.

2. Requirements Analysis: Gather user needs, competitive product dynamics, and market trends; conduct product development analysis; assist the technical lead in formulating the product development roadmap.

3. Product Planning: Based on the product development roadmap, define and clarify product R&D requirements, write product documentation, and execute it. Responsible for product process design, interface and prototype design, and follow-up on the product development cycle.

4. Coordination Management: Coordinate with R&D and testing teams, track product development, testing, version management, review releases, and product launches, and manage R&D requirements according to standards.

5. Continuous Optimization: Continuously collect and analyze user feedback on existing products, optimize functions and processes, ensuring ongoing product improvement and enhanced user experience.

6. Document Maintenance: Maintain and update product-related documents in real-time, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the visual design and interactive design of growth products and operational activities for the platform's growth business on both the App and WEB platforms, including functionality iteration and redesign. Adhere to and refine design specifications to maintain consistency in product visual style.

- Possess a growth mindset, capable of analyzing user behavior through data metrics and feeding insights back into the growth business.

- Have a good understanding of business. Able to clearly comprehend the product business objectives and assess and organize corresponding design goals and priorities.

- Have a certain level of product and interaction thinking, capable of iterating through the interactive design process, closely collaborating with upstream and downstream teams to ensure project quality and timelines.

- Familiar with and continuously following design trends and various underlying strategies of large-scale growth activities, consistently optimizing and innovating the experience of growth products and operational activities.
