Key Responsibilities:

•  Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, apps, and digital
• products.
•  Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
•  Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
•  Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social
• media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
•  Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design outcomes.
•  Creating and developing layouts and designs for campaigns.
•  Develop and maintain a consistent UI style guide.
•  Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement innovative ideas.
•  Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
•  Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
•  Manage design workflow from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and
• maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and a
• minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role.
•  Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
•  Knowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI design.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• simultaneously.
•  A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design skills, and a
• clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
•  Experience with user experience (UX) design principles (a plus).
•  Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
•  Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• effectively.
•  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
•  A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
•  Experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio of digital projects.
•  Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Canva or Adobe XD.
•  Understanding of user-centered design principles.
•  Ability to create interactive prototypes for usability testing.
•  Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (a plus).
