Plays a vital role in analyzing, optimizing, and ensuring the effectiveness of QNET’s Compensation Plan.

Reporting to the Head of Network Success, the analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analysis to support the plan’s alignment with QNET’s goals, helping improve field engagement, retention, and incentivization. This role requires collaboration across departments, an understanding of compensation structures, and the ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • a. Analyze sales and compensation data to monitor the effectiveness of the Compensation Plan.
  • b. Generate regular reports on compensation metrics, trends, and forecasts, highlighting areas of strength and identifying opportunities for improvement.

2. Plan Optimization:

  • a. Identify patterns, key drivers, and potential adjustments to improve field engagement and retention.
  • b. Propose enhancements or adjustments to the Compensation Plan to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.

3. Collaboration & Communication:

  • a. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Audit, Training, and Product, to ensure the Compensation Plan is effectively implemented and aligned with QNET’s broader strategy.
  • b. Communicate insights and findings to the Head of Network Success and relevant stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

  • a. Ensure that all aspects of the Compensation Plan comply with company policies, market regulations, and internal audit requirements.
  • b. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for compensation processes and rules, aiding in consistency across global markets

Syarat-syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, finance, or related roles, preferably within network marketing or direct sales industries.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. November 2024 Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and familiarity with business intelligence software is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
