Responsibilities: 
- Develop, document, and implement SOPs to standardize internal processes. 
- Define and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and efficiency. 
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations. 
- Collaborate with department heads to align business goals and ensure consistent execution. 
- Identify business gaps in processes and recommend improvements for productivity and efficiency. 
- Assist leadership in resource planning, reporting, and performance reviews. 
- Support in the setup and monitoring of operational tools and dashboards. 
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational best practices. 
Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or a related field. 
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in a software or IT company. 
- Proven experience in drafting SOPs and defining KPIs. 
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for process improvement. 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
- Comfortable working in a remote and multicultural environment. 
- IT background preferred, but not mandatory.
