- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective people management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities.
