1. Maintain, live monitor, and effectively troubleshoot issues within our enterprise MAKE account.

2. Design and implement end-to-end automated flows that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

3. Provide support and guidance to employees on using no-code tools, ensuring optimal usage and understanding.

4. Stay updated with the latest advancements in no-code technology and continuously explore new tools that can be integrated into our systems.

Syarat-syarat

1. Strong analytical skills and organized work methods.

2. Proven experience with no code and soft code tools Make, AirTable, and ClickUp.

3. Proficiency in utilizing API calls to integrate and automate systems.

4. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.

5. Familiarity with AI tools through no-code platforms.

6. Strong communicator

7. Experience working with Snowflake and Power BI

8. Experience working as part of a development team, including planning, design reviews, and retrospectives
