Penerangan

  • Establish contact to assigned leads/clients through outbound calls, Emails, SMS and Chat while following the required contacting procedures.
  • Consistently achieve business targets.
  • Adhere to compliance and other regulatory requirements within the role
  • Create and maintain customer relationships with potential clients
  • Actively contribute to team’s success through achieving Key Performance Index (KPI)
  • Keep detailed records by regularly updating the CRM and other official data files according to the set standards and requirements.

Syarat-syarat

  • Native Hindi Speaker
  • High School graduate / Diploma / Vocational / Bachelor's Degree
  • Conversant in English
  • With at least 2 years experience working in a BPO
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati
  • Demonstrates exceptional account management and sales skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge in the Financial Market and Investments.
  • Excellent Time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Result-focused and process-oriented.
