Descrição:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer VA to manage, nurture, and convert leads into satisfied clients while supporting the onboarding process at a later stage. This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and experience using ZOOM, TEAMS, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be critical in driving sales growth and ensuring a seamless client experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management and Conversion: Effectively manage and nurture leads through various communication channels to convert them into paying clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating professionally and fluently in English via Zoom, TEAMS, WhatsApp, and other platforms as needed.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO or General Manager to align sales strategies and goals.
  • Social Media Engagement: Engage with potential clients on social media platforms to build relationships and generate leads.

Requisito

Required Skills:

  • Strong ability to manage, nurture, and convert leads effectively.
  • At least one (1) year experience in a client-facing sales role, with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, ZOOM, TEAMS, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
