The Senior Account Manager – Live Commerce oversees client relationships and strategic execution of live selling activities across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. This role serves as the main bridge between clients, brands, and internal teams—ensuring strategies are implemented effectively, livestreams are executed smoothly, and performance goals are met. The ideal candidate is experienced in e-commerce or live commerce account management, with a strong understanding of brand communication, performance tracking, and campaign operations.


Key Responsibilities

Client & Brand Management (External Focus)

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key brands, partners, and platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).

- Manage all external communications related to campaign strategies, livestream plans, and performance updates.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships focused on trust, growth, and performance.

- Handle TikTok-related communications such as budget requests, content approvals, and platform updates.

- Lead weekly and monthly client meetings to present results, gather feedback, and align future plans.


2. Strategy Development & Livestream Planning

- Translate business objectives into actionable live commerce strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop livestream calendars, promotional concepts, and campaign assets.

- Follow up with clients and platforms on monthly livestream schedules, deliverables, and performance.

- Ensure all livestream plans are aligned with brand requirements and audience insights.


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (Internal Coordination)

- Work closely with the Operations Manager (OM) to translate client needs into operational execution.

- Align with internal departments (marketing, content, production) to ensure seamless campaign implementation.

- Coordinate on budget requests, content plans, and strategy adjustments as needed.

- Ensure both internal and external teams are updated on key campaign timelines and priorities.


4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track key metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, conversion rate, and livestream quality.

- Generate brand-facing reports highlighting achievements, insights, and next-step recommendations.

- Analyze performance data and suggest optimizations to enhance campaign results.

- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and delivering measurable success.


5. Leadership & Process Improvement

- Support junior account managers or coordinators through mentoring and task oversight.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of live commerce processes, workflows, and performance tracking systems.

- Partner with the Operations Manager to uphold execution quality and meet livestream performance goals.


Qualifications & Skills Required


⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

⦁ Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, brand management, or live commerce operations.

⦁ Preferably with experience working in or with major e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) or handling large FMCG or lifestyle brands (e.g., Nestlé, Unilever, etc.).

⦁ Strong understanding of livestream operations, digital marketing, and influencer/inventory coordination.

⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

⦁ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and develop insights.

⦁ Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

⦁ Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
