Descrição:

As an Account Manager in an advertising agency, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative marketing and advertising campaigns. This role involves managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and driving results that align with client objectives.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business goals, industry challenges, and target audiences to provide strategic advice.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.


Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and present creative briefs, marketing strategies, and campaign plans.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to execute campaigns.
  • Oversee all stages of campaign development, from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor junior account executives and managers.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure the successful execution of projects.


Budget and Financial Management:

  • Manage client budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Track project profitability and ensure campaigns deliver value for clients and the agency.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely invoicing and payments.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend optimizations for future campaigns based on performance.


Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by proposing new services or campaign ideas.
  • Support the agency in pitching and securing new business opportunities.


Requisito

  • 1- 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
