Descrição:

To join our team and market our services, which include solar installation, customized solar solutions, maintenance and repair, and net-metering services in the Philippines, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager.


  • Drive our business forward through effective account management and new client acquisition
  • Identify leads and lead new business opportunities to expand distribution channel/network
  • Welcome new clients and provide them with a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring they understand our services or products
  • Manage client’s relations and build contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities
  • Acquiring new clients while nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, professional business relationships as the primary point of contact for the company through meetings, emails, phone calls, and reports
  • Implement strategies that promote client retention, including addressing concerns before they escalate and ensuring that services continue to meet the client’s evolving needs
  • Actively engaging with clients during promotional campaigns
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure that the client’s needs are clearly understood and met across all departments
  • Manage any disagreements or conflicts between the client and internal teams, ensuring a fair solution and maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Foster long term relationships that benefit both the client and the business, ensuring that clients feel valued while driving revenue growth
  • Providing prompt responses to customer queries and offering dedicated after-sales support
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of impactful promotional materials and events
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continuous ordering and business continuity.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements:

  • With experience in Social Media Management
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence possible clients
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
