Descrição:

  • Assists in processing accounts and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Assists in performing basic bookkeeping tasks, reconciliation, coding invoices
  • Encodes transactions as instructed by the Accountants/s
  • Maintains and updates transaction ledgers
  • Performs other administrative tasks as assigned by his/her immediate superior

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or any Business Administration courses
  • Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in accounting field
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
