Descrição:

Manage and monitor all accounting transactions
Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax documents
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Maintain accurate records of financial activities
Process payroll accurately and on time
Manage employee benefits and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Handle tax-related matters such as BIR filings and compliance
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies
Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
Knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits management
Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and government compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
CPA license is an advantage (but not always required)
