- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and full-cycle financial reporting.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Manage and mentor junior accountants or bookkeepers, implementing controls and process improvements.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and government reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Ensure compliance with BIR filing requirements (e.g., 2550M/Q, 1601-C, 1701/1702, SLSP, Alphalist) and other tax regulations.
- Represent the company in BIR audits, respond to Letters of Authority (LOA), and manage tax risk exposure.
- Lead budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Provide strategic insights on cost control, profitability, and cash management to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and efficient reporting systems.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
