Descrição:

  • Record and process daily financial transactions accurately
  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree Graduate
  • With at least 1 year admin experience 
  • Preferably with experience in Procurement
  • Retail industry experience is an advantage
