Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal policies
- Conduct variance analysis and explain financial trends
- Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings
- Supervise junior accountants and provide training and mentorship
- Improve accounting processes and systems for better efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Accountancy
- with at least 4 to 5 years of accounting experience
