The Accounting Assistant provides support to the accounting and finance team by assisting in daily financial operations, record-keeping, and report preparation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting and develop their professional skills in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and monitoring financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of basic accounting reports and schedules.
• Help in maintaining accurate and organized accounting records and files.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation using MS Excel and accounting tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments, and documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting procedures.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related course.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply!
• Candidates from other degree programs may be considered with relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite in San Juan City or Makati City.
• Can start immediately or within a short notice period.
