Descrição:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Manage a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances.
  • Maintain financial controls and month-end close processes.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable, billing, general accounting, cash accounting, reconciliations, audit processes, and financial management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial reporting, manage audits, ensure compliance, and facilitate billing and collections.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential overtime during fiscal periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
