• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure all financial information is compliant with regulations.
• Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Skills and Competencies: Strong financial management and reporting skills
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial planning and forecasting
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with accounts receivable and payable processes
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• B.S. in Accountancy or an equivalent degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting of Finance.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Skilled in office management and numerical analysis.
• With commitment to service and can work cooperatively with people.
• Emotionally mature and assertive or with a strong personality.
• Possessing positive attitudes to new insights and with an open mind to unlearn and relearn.
• Ability to deal with banks and other financial institutions.
•  Proficiency in computers.
• Must be amenable to work in Makati City.
• Willing to start ASAP!
