Description
- Manage and oversee all financial activities within the organization.
- Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct risk assessment and establish financial strategies.
- Prepare timely financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience Level:3-5 years of experience in the FMCG or food industry
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Skills and Competencies:Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Qualities and Traits:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies:Ability to oversee organizational financial goals
- Skills and Competencies:Experience with reporting and cost control measures
