• As an SM Warehouse Accounting Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions within the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supervising the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports related to warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels and costs.
• Transaction Processing: Process and verify accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Team Supervision:Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Internal Controls:Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Audits:Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary information and documentation.
• Communication:Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
