Descrição:

Supervising and Managing the Accounting
Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including managing, mentoring, and developing junior accounting staff.
Preparing and reviewing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (like IFRS), local regulations, and company policies.
Managing the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and consolidations.
Coordinating and completing annual audits.
Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls, identifying areas for process improvement, and recommending solutions.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA license (preferred).
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
