Descrição do Trabalho

Manages a company's accounting department, including financial accounting, payroll, and accounts payable.
They also ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Oversee daily transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
Prepare budgets and financial reports
Manage month-end and year-end closings
Monitor the accounting department's performance
Recruit, hire, and evaluate accounting staff
Train new hires and identify training opportunities for current staff
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
Implement internal controls to minimize risk

BS degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to analyze complex financial data
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to prioritize work
