Descrição:
- Provides accurate data and information pertaining to all BIR transactions.
- Secure confidential information and data’s of the company.
- Ensure that all deadlines are being met.
- Coordinates with different accounting personnel of affiliate companies.
- Prepares and monitors all external compliance process.
- Facilitate any newly implemented policies of BIR.
- Assist with the company’s effective tax rate calculation.
- Monitor and assist in the registration, update, remittance and clearances of the whole organization.
- Ensure compliance with the policies and regulations of BIR.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
- Other functions related to office manager position.
Requisito
- Graduate of Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
- With at least two (2) years’ experience in managerial position.
- Well versed in handling accounting functions.
- With construction / contractor background.
- Preferably with experience in handling Finance and Accounting Departments.
- Has a strong personality.
- Proficient in communication and written skills.
- Salary offer is negotiable.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to be assigned in Fernando Poe Jr Ave Quezon City.
