Descrição:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Management, Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, QuickBooks, Current Account Accounting, and Cash Management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle accounts receivable/payable, assist in financial reporting, and manage cash flow.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment, may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong organizational skills, and effective communicator.
