  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, SAP, QuickBooks, and Tax Reporting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable/receivable, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain accounting systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, standard working hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.
