Descrição:
- Record and encode financial transactions in the accounting system
- Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and other supporting documents
- Monitor and reconcile petty cash, bank statements, and other accounts
- Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Assist in audits and inventory checks when necessary
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by t
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
