Record and maintain financial transactions and ledgers.
Account Receivable- process and record billing and collections from customers, strictly monitor ageing of accounts to avoid delinquency of customers.
Accounts Payable - assist in disbursements particularly checking of liquidations of budgets, prepare and process check vouchers, ensuring complete and valid supporting documents.
Assist in preparation of BIR returns and help compile all the necessary supporting documents.
Filing of vouchers and other accounting-related documents.

Bachelor's / College Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or Management Accounting
At least 1- 3 years of relevant work experience
Detail- oriented - should have strong focus on accuracy and completeness in reviewing and verifying financial documents and data entries
Responsible and mature in handling confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines
Trustworthy, reliable, and willing to learn
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and other Windows-based programs
Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
Willing to work on-site in Remedios St. Malate Manila
Willing to be under agency/ indirect
