- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounts receivable and payable, strong attention to detail, and expertise in reconciliations and billing processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard hours with potential overtime during month-end or year-end closings.
- Qualities and Traits: Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
