  • College graduate
  • With experience in credit & collection
  • Knowledgeable in Basic Accounting  


  1. Manage accounting transactions in support of the receivables process, including establishing and maintaining accounts reconciliation
  2. Meet with the customers to identify causes for nonpayment and communicate issues to Billing/Operations team for corrective action to be taken.
  3. Communicate with Credit and Dispute Officer on the status of issues raised.
  4. Prepare month-end reports and required adjustments
  5. Follow-up customer on the payment status of invoices through email, phone calls and collection visit
