Handle invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents
Post and update financial data into accounting systems and ledgers
Maintain organized filing of accounting records
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and account reconciliations
Monitor outstanding balances and prepare payment schedules
Support in preparing financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards
Coordinate with other departments for accurate financial data
Assist auditors during internal and external audits

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under supervision and within a team
