Xtreme Works Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our dynamic finance team. In this full-time role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for maintaining our accounts payable processes and ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments. What you'll be doing

• Process invoices and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors to address any queries or issues
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Provide support for the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and regulatory requirements
