- Encoding of weekly Aging from Billing files,
- Responsible for Updating of Collection
- Calls and follow up to Clients regarding payments
- Designate daily field work for finance messenger (Billing & Collection Schedule, Banking )
- Processing/Applying Government permits.
- Monitoring Schedule of deliveries for Prepaid Accounts.
- Updating/Encoding Macro files
- Releasing of Check payables.
- CWT 2307 Encoding and Updating (BIR).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
- Proficiency in experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of AR principles, internal controls and compliance requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address AR-related challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday
