• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including timely and accurate invoice generation and delivery.
• Verify invoice accuracy and resolve basic billing discrepancies.
• Participate in monthly AR meetings to reconcile On-Account and Suspense Account payments.
• Maintain and update billing process documentation (DTPs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Billing.
• Foundational knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Applied knowledge of O2C sub-functions (e.g., Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Customer Masterdata).
• Experience with a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or SalesForce) is a plus.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City, and work the night shift.
