- Process and manage incoming payments and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to receivables.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 6 months-1year experience in the accounting field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
- Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City
