We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, manage schedules, and assist with various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle general office tasks like organizing files and managing office equipment.
  • Support team members with various administrative needs.

Requisito

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
