Descrição:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document filing.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handle communication between departments and external partners.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
  • Perform general clerical duties and support project management.
  • Manage scheduling, handle tenant concerns, provide customer service, and take phone calls

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience Level: At least more than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication, document management, and office management abilities
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard hours
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong organizational skills
