Descrição:

  • We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin tasks
  • Schedule and appointments
  • Maintain and organize files and records
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks

Requisito

Requirements:

  • College level or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
