Position: Sales Administrative Assistant
Company Industry: Construction Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 7:30pm)
Salary: Php 20,000- Php 25,000
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 1-2 years of experience Sales Administrative Assistant
- Experience in billing and collection accounting is an advantage
- Willing to start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage direct customer invoicing and ensure timely submission of all invoices.
- Generate monthly accounts receivable reports.
- Handle order processing, including delivery scheduling and partial shipment coordination.
- Complete official receipts, collection receipts, and other required client documentation.
- Process and monitor customer credit applications.
