- 负责公司内部非技术部门会议的协调、记录、执行；
- 负责公司外部会议活动、商务宴请等事项的组织安排；
- 负责公司内部办公环境的管理，办公用品的采购工作；
- 协助公司财务、招聘及其他总经理交办工作的推进；
- 协助总经理做好内外部沟通，准确及时地传达和跟进相关信息；
- 新加坡籍，形象良好，中英文书写和表达熟练；
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上行政/人事/运营相关工作经验；
- 有Web3或互联网科技相关行业工作经验者优先；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神和组织协调能力，执行力强；
- 具有较强的沟通表达能力，应急事件的解决能力。
