Supervise HR Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Ensure HR processes are implemented accurately and on time.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Supervise end-to-end recruitment activities (manpower requests, sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers).
  • Ensure timely deployment of qualified candidates based on client or departmental needs.

Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
  • Issue and review Notices to Explain (NTE), conduct administrative hearings, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Provide counseling and coaching to employees as needed.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Enforce company policies, code of conduct, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE labor laws and company regulations.

Timekeeping, Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Review attendance, overtime, leave applications, and payroll inputs before submission.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate salary and benefits processing.
  • Monitor statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Performance Management

  • Assist in monitoring employee performance, evaluations, and regularization processes.
  • Provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, or corrective actions.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and recommend employee development programs.
  • Assist in orientation and HR-related training activities.

HR Records & Documentation

  • Maintain updated and confidential employee 201 files.
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, disciplinary actions, and recruitment status.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise HR staff and recruiters; delegate tasks and monitor performance.
  • Ensure alignment of HR team deliverables with company objectives.

Management & Client Coordination

  • Act as liaison between employees, management, and clients (for outsourcing setups).
  • Provide HR updates, reports, and recommendations to management.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to HR processes, systems, and policies.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
