Descrição:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, payroll and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and organize office materials.
Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring logistical arrangements.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, with strong help desk support and data entry abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and organizational skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to multi-task effectively.
