- Collaborate with various departments and assist line managers in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Organize office operations, schedule meetings, and maintain filing systems and records to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation while performing general administrative and clerical duties.
- Conduct skip tracing, update client information, and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Coordinate with field officers by providing updated client data, monitoring fieldwork, and managing gate pass and allowance documentation.
