  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Help in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in the offboarding process to gather feedback.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
