Descrição:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
  • Assist in project coordination and communication with team members.
  • Handle inquiries and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Support office supplies inventory and procurement.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Edu degree not required; relevant certifications or coursework preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication, strong organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office environment; may require occasional overtime.
